Simplicity
Sometimes my head spins with all the things, I need to action on my ‘to do list’. Work, family, projects, housework, reading, writing, it never ends. The method I generally use to unclutter my mind, is to ‘compartmentalize’. Put a label on all the imaginary drawers and pull them out, when required. It works. Life is so extraordinarily busy, or is it? Are we creating our own chaos, consciously? The last few days, I have become acutely aware of my surroundings, ‘spatial awareness’, I think it is called. Recycle, charity shops, clothing bins and internet auction sites have been on my agenda. The process has begun, I feel lighter. Clarity. Do you really need all your clothes, when you only wear 30% of your wardrobe anyway? Simplicity is fresh air. Bliss.
